After spending time in the eCommerce space and working closely with small and mid-sized online sellers, we kept seeing the same pattern. Brands would grow to a point where logistics became critical—but the moment they moved to larger 3PLs, things started to break down. Slow communication, generic processes, lack of flexibility, and feeling like just another account in a system.
