Welcome to Fulfillr. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, including warehousing, order fulfillment, FBA prep, labeling, kitting & bundling, inventory management, and related logistics services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
2. Services Provided
Fulfillr offers third-party logistics (3PL) services including but not limited to:
- Inventory receiving and inspection
- Warehousing and storage
- Order fulfillment and shipping
- Amazon FBA preparation services
- FNSKU labeling and product labeling
- Kitting and bundling
- Returns processing
- Cross-docking and logistics support
We reserve the right to modify or expand our services at any time.
3. No Minimum Order Policy
Fulfillr operates with no minimum order requirement, allowing businesses of all sizes to use our services. However, pricing may vary based on volume, storage usage, and service type.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipment and product information
- Ensuring goods comply with applicable laws and marketplace requirements
- Properly labeling inbound shipments if required
- Paying all applicable fees on time
- Not sending prohibited, illegal, or restricted items
Fulfillr is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete client information.
5. Inventory Handling
All goods received are subject to inspection. Fulfillr will take reasonable care in handling inventory; however, we are not liable for:
- Manufacturer defects
- Pre-existing damage
- Incorrect labeling from suppliers
- Losses due to inaccurate inventory declarations
Clients are encouraged to maintain insurance coverage for their goods.
6. Storage & Warehousing
Storage fees are charged based on space utilized and duration of storage. Fulfillr reserves the right to:
- Move inventory for operational efficiency
- Dispose of abandoned inventory after reasonable notice
- Charge additional fees for long-term or oversized storage
7. Order Fulfillment
Fulfillment services include picking, packing, and shipping orders according to client instructions. Fulfillr is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Customs delays (for international shipments)
- Incorrect delivery information provided by customers
- Damages caused during transit by third-party carriers
8. Amazon FBA Services
Fulfillr provides FBA prep services in accordance with Amazon guidelines. However:
- Final acceptance of inventory is at Amazon’s discretion
- Fulfillr is not responsible for Amazon rejections or penalties
- Clients must ensure products meet Amazon compliance standards
9. Fees & Payments
All services are billed according to agreed pricing or rate cards. Clients must ensure timely payments.
Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Holding of inventory
- Additional late fees
Fulfillr reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
10. Returns & Abandoned Inventory
Returned items will be inspected and categorized. Clients will be informed about:
- Restockable items
- Damaged items
- Items requiring disposal or return
Inventory left unpaid or unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal or additional charges.
11. Liability Limitation
Fulfillr shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Carrier-related damages or delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
12. Prohibited Items
Clients must not send:
- Illegal goods
- Hazardous materials (without prior approval)
- Restricted or regulated products without documentation
- Counterfeit or infringing products
Fulfillr reserves the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited items.
13. Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are overdue
- Terms are violated
- Illegal or prohibited goods are detected
- Operational misuse occurs
14. Data & Privacy
Client data is handled with confidentiality and used only for service delivery, communication, and operational purposes. We do not sell or misuse customer data.
15. Changes to Terms
Fulfillr may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
